Product manager

Overview

Truck1.eu is the largest international marketplace for the sale of cargo, construction, agricultural and other types of commercial machinery.

We don’t sell vehicles - we promote our clients’ machinery and provide lead generation services, earning the trust of manufacturers and major industry players from around the world.

Responsibilities

• Develop the product vision, product roadmap/strategy, and the strategy for related third-party services.
• Build and prioritize the backlog in line with the product strategy; collaborate with the development team to deliver new features and products.
• Identify and work through product problems end-to-end: from idea to concrete feature proposals and validation methods.
• Write product requirements/specifications (PRDs) for designers and engineering.
• Analyze the market, competitors, and user behavior to generate hypotheses and support product development decisions.
• Work closely with a data analyst to assess the performance of existing products; identify ways to improve product metrics (product, growth, etc.).
• Design and run research to validate hypotheses (surveys, interviews, experiments, A/B tests).

Requirements

• Relevant experience as a Product Manager in IT.
• Strong skills in defining and analyzing product and IT metrics; understanding of UX/UI fundamentals.
• Ability to set long-term product goals and define ways to achieve them.
• Strategic mindset and approach to problem-solving.
• Project management skills: planning product work, resource management, and delivery control.
• Knowledge of product development tools and principles.
• Strong prioritization skills.
• Ability to collect and analyze data to make well-grounded decisions.
