Warsaw Bus Expo 2026 – Public Transport Trade Fair at Ptak Warsaw Expo

On April 14–16, 2026, the Warsaw Bus Expo will take place at Ptak Warsaw Expo (Al. Kato-wicka 62, 05-830 Nadarzyn/Warsaw). The event is a specialized trade fair dedicated to the public transport industry, focused on presenting market solutions and building business relationships.

Introduction and significance of the event. Warsaw Bus Expo is an industry event designed to bring together various sectors of public transport and create opportunities for professional business networking. Participants can compare solutions available on the Polish market and take part in conferences, workshops, and congresses aimed at improving market knowledge and presenting the latest technologies in action.

During the previous edition held on April 8–10, 2025, the event attracted 6,360 visitors, while 95 companies presented their solutions at the exhibition. The total exhibition area reached 25,000 m², and representatives from 26 countries took part in the event.

Program and highlights. The educational and conference part of the fair takes place through accompanying events such as conferences, presentations, and professional meetings. One of the key elements is the award cere-mony where medals and diplomas are presented in categories such as “Trade Fair Premiere,” “Innovation,” “Exhibition Presentation,” and “Trade Fair Product.”
