Towable toilet service cart

A frame made of galvanised and painted hollow sections. It is covered with a galvanised and painted sheet; the top wall is covered with a dural sheet with slip-resistant treatment. The rigid rear axle is a component of the frame.The front steered axle is housed in a ball race. Wheels with steel discs, integrated hubs and ball bearings are fitted with solid rubber tyres 4.00-8. The drawbar is terminated with an eye 40 mm in diameter. The front axle is equipped with a parking brake activated by lifting and securing the drawbar into a horizontal position. The tank and the outlet pipe are made of stainless steel and are equipped with a water gauge and an inspection aperture for easy cleaning and inspection. The water is pumped into the airplane with a stainless steel pump driven by an electric motor or a combustion engine through a filter. The flush water outlet is equipped with a water gauge which can be reset for filling the required amount into the aircraft. Waste from the airplane is drained through a light transparent PI hose into a collecting vessel. The waste tank of the cart is drained through a spherical valve on its rear side. It is thermally insulated with expanded polystyrene.
