The containers have the following dimensions: 256 pieces Container of external dimensions LxWxH 6.00m x 2.40m x 2.80m (office, kitchenette, toilet, staircase container, and windows (if available) on a short side

60 containers of external dimensions LxWxH 6.00m x 2.40m x 2.80m (north-south corridors: corridor containers) partly with 1- or 2-leaf exterior doors

As well as a single stand-alone free-standing office container from 2006

; Layout: Basically, the floor plan of a transom floor consists of a north-south corridor, to which containers are connected at right angles on both sides. This is for bars 1: 13 containers per bar side and floor, for bars 4 and 5: 15 containers per block side and floor.

There are 1- and 2-container offices, but also about some 3- to 4-container offices (former meeting rooms) so not only similar rooms.

It is therefore obvious that these are not separate containers.

Windows incl. shutters: The windows are, as far as the author knows, all functional. Exceptions may exist.

Continuous ceiling lighting, electrical installation and heating

; Attention: In container block 1 there is a structure of a total of 6 cntainers, which was formerly used as a connecting corridor, which also contain the staircases for this complex.

There are a total of 9 containers, (6x20", 3x10") which are not part of the offer! In order to prevent the stairwell containers (because they are freestanding) from tipping over, the Buyer is obliged to place the aforementioned stair containers remaining with the Seller on adjacent exposed foundations or, if congruent with the dismantling activities of the Buyer is possible, on transport vehicles of the Seller.

Significant quantities remained, in particular of office furniture. These become the property of the buyer upon sale. The condition of the office furniture ranges from "very good" to "to be disposed of". Fixed fixtures (fire extinguishers, routers, servers, defibrillators, vending machines, etc.) installed by the Seller have been dismantled by the Seller. If some of these fixtures are discovered, they remain the property of the seller and the seller will dismantle them. For the overview there is a list of office furniture, the completeness is not guaranteed!

Further requirements for the buyer:

The use of cranes requires the approval of the Joint Higher Aviation Authority Berlin-Brandenburg (LUBB), part of the Landesamt für Bau und Verkehr LBV), and is the responsibility of the purchaser. Any necessary road closures, in whole or in part, and their application and approval are the responsibility of the purchaser.

The complete transport of all objects, furniture, building materials or other items located on, on or in the container facility. There is an explicit obligation to vacate!

The containers are all set up on strip foundations made of reinforced concrete. The performance limit of the dismantling of the purchaser is the upper edge of the foundations.

Potential connections to the foundation and the container to each other must be separated by the purchaser.

(The foundations are demolished by the seller after dismantling by the buyer.)

Technical systems leading into the container facility from the outside (directly from the ground or via external distribution cabinets or shafts) are cut by the seller as far as known and possible. Nevertheless, before lifting the respective container, the dismantling purchaser is obliged to check remaining, overlooked or previously concealed technical connections with regard to dangers and to cut, plug and secure them professionally (suitable for outdoor use).;
